Description
Soft and seductive, this smooth well balanced Sauvignon Blanc will be sure to please! The grapes were picked in early September from Rancho Pequeño in Oakville and were hand sorted then fermented and aged sur lees in used French oak, concrete egg and stainless steel. In the glass the wine has a light straw color. Aromas of honeydew melon, guava and pineapple are complemented with mint and thyme. The mouthfeel evolves from generous fruit to a delicate mineral finish
