Peaceful and serene like a cool misty morning, the 2021 Serenity Syrah is smooth and satisfying. The grapes were hand harvested in the early morning of September 17th from the Cortese Vineyard in a cool climate area of the Coombsville AVA. The grapes were then hand sorted and fermented in a small batch to ensure optimal quality. In the glass the wine has a deep magenta color. This spicy, dense wine offers aromas of dark fruit tones, complemented with smoked meats and fig backed by notes of cracked peppercorn.

In New Orleans, any occasion is a reason to party and that is what our Celebration Cabernet Franc embodies. The grapes were hand-harvested overnight on September 17th from the Shifflett Ranch Vineyard in Oak Knoll. The grapes were then hand-sorted and fermented in a small batch to ensure optimal quality. They were later blended with Merlot from Coombsville to provide a more balanced and elegant wine.
