Description
Peaceful and serene like a cool misty morning, the 2021 Serenity Syrah is smooth and satisfying. The grapes were hand harvested in the early morning of September 17th from the Cortese Vineyard in a cool climate area of the Coombsville AVA. The grapes were then hand sorted and fermented in a small batch to ensure optimal quality. In the glass the wine has a deep magenta color. This spicy, dense wine offers aromas of dark fruit tones, complemented with smoked meats and fig backed by notes of cracked peppercorn.
