Description
This is a very limited production of an extended barrel aged version of the 2022 Big Chief. A single barrel was extended out for an additional 8 months and the resulting wine is a smoother more polished version of the Big Chief. The tannins are more refined and softer making the wine more approachable.

Varietal 91% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot, 2% Merlot, 2% Malbec
Barrel Aging: 30 months, 100% new French Oak
Filtering: Unfined and unfiltered
